The café draws from owner Thomas' Neapolitan agrarian roots and his love for Latin American Cuisine. The morning menu features simple breakfast dishes taken from his grandparents dining table. Signature dishes such as the Nono and Nona (grandpa and grandma) pay homage to his roots while adding modern flare to old family recipes. While weekend brunch favorites like Chilaquiles and Huevos Rancheros convey his passion for Latin American Cuisine. Lunch is a seasonal menu with daily specials and a robust assortment of vegetarian panini. Each recipe starts with local, fresh, and sustainable ingredients - including eggs & produce from his farm in Petaluma.

.…And you can’t have coffee without the aroma of fresh baked pastries. We like to pair our coffee with an assortment of house made scones, muffins, and a very impressive array of cookies.
Built in the 1800’s as Mayor Phelan’s carriage house, Stable reflects the twin passions of owners, Thomas Brian Lackey and Malcolm Davis – food and shelter. The old carriage space is now Stable café and the old hayloft is home to Malcolm Davis Architecture. Stable is also an incubator for local businesses and
a meeting house for the diverse
